1. Eligibility for Returns

• Returns are only accepted for products that are defective, damaged, or incorrect upon delivery.
• The return request must be initiated within 7 days of receiving the product.
• The product must be unused, in its original packaging, and include all accessories, manuals, and proof of purchase.

2. Non-Returnable Items

The following items are not eligible for return:

• Products damaged due to misuse or mishandling after delivery.
• Products without their original packaging or proof of purchase.
• Items purchased as part of clearance sales, unless defective.

3. Return Process

To initiate a return, follow these steps:

1. Contact our Customer Support team via email
2. Provide your order details, including proof of purchase and a description of the issue.
3. Once your return is approved, our team will arrange for the item to be picked up from your address or guide you on how to send it back.

4. Refund Policy

• Refunds are processed only for eligible returns that meet the above criteria.
• Since we offer Cash on Delivery (COD), refunds will be issued as follows:
  • For COD payments, the refund will be issued as cash reimbursement upon approval.
• Refunds are processed within 5–7 business days after the returned product is inspected and approved.

5. Damaged or Defective Products

• If you receive a damaged or defective product, report it to our support team within 48 hours of delivery.
• A replacement will be provided free of charge if the product is eligible. If a replacement is unavailable, a full refund will be issued.

6. Cancellation of Return Requests
