5. Delivery Conditions
- Ensure someone is available at the delivery address during the expected delivery timeframe to receive the package and make the payment.
- Orders will only be handed over upon full cash payment.

6. Undelivered Orders
- Orders that cannot be delivered after two attempts may be canceled. For further assistance, contact our support team.
