5. Delivery Conditions

  • Ensure someone is available at the delivery address during the expected delivery timeframe to receive the package and make the payment.
  • Orders will only be handed over upon full cash payment.
  • If delivery is unsuccessful due to incorrect address details or unavailability, our team will contact you to reschedule.

6. Undelivered Orders

  • Orders that cannot be delivered after two attempts may be canceled. For further assistance, contact our support team.

7. Damaged Packages

  • If your package is visibly damaged upon delivery, please refuse to accept it and notify us immediately.
  • If damage is discovered after accepting the delivery, report it to our support team within 48 hours to initiate a return or replacement.
